These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Amazing Grace Entrées website and to orders you place through it. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Amazing Grace Entrées is a food business located in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Ordering and availability

We serve a set menu that changes by day. You can preorder up to two weeks in advance for an available pickup day, and place same-day orders until 9:00 AM, subject to availability. Each day has a limited number of servings; once a day sells out, no further orders can be placed for that day. We may add, remove, close, or change the availability of any day or item at our discretion.

Pickup only

All orders are for pickup at our Little Rock location. We do not offer delivery or shipping. Please pick up your order during pickup hours (Tuesday–Friday, 11:00 AM–3:00 PM) on the pickup day you selected at checkout. Orders not picked up on the selected day may not be held or refunded.

Prices, tax, and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown before tax. Applicable Arkansas state, county, city, and prepared-food taxes are calculated and added at checkout. Payment is collected at the time you order, securely through our payment processor, Stripe. Your order is confirmed only when payment is successfully completed. If we cannot process your payment, your order will not be placed.

Cancellations and refunds

Because our food is prepared fresh for your selected pickup day, we generally cannot offer refunds for orders that are not picked up. If there is a problem with your order, or if we are unable to fulfill it, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make it right — through a refund, credit, or replacement, at our reasonable discretion.

Food, allergens, and dietary needs

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including but not limited to milk, eggs, wheat, soy, shellfish, and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of a particular allergen. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please contact us before ordering. You are responsible for informing us of any allergies or restrictions.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when ordering (including a working phone number and email so we can reach you), and to use the website only for lawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The content on this website — including the name, logo, text, and images — belongs to Amazing Grace Entrées and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and our products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Pulaski County, Arkansas.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, which applies to orders placed after that date.
